Can't say enough good things about Stevens! Eric and Mary are truly a joy to work with. They have a deep knowledge of their wares and they really are terrific at listening to their customers in order to provide the best possible customer service. I asked Eric about his opinion on the history of a family piece, expecting to get a general answer, and he responded with a thoughtful and insightful set of information, nailing within a decade the age of the stone as well as where in the world it was likely mined. He also was able to offer a likely guess as to the family that mined the stone in the first place. I was completely amazed - the man knows his craft! Would give ten stars if I could. GO TO STEVENS!

Going to Stevens Diamond Jewelers was the best decision we could have made for my wedding band. After shopping around at a few places, we came across Stevens. From the start Eric made us feel comfortable, he was genuine and easy to communicate with. When I explained what I was looking for, he suggested I go with something custom made. The ring came in soon than expected and is beyond gorgeous. It fits perfectly against my engagement ring, I could not be any happier with the results!

Stevens Jewelers came through in the clutch for us. We picked up a wedding band from another local jeweler and it wasn't acceptable. In a pinch, with 3 weeks before our wedding we went to Stevens. Within 20 minutes in the store we picked out an ideal ring, they promised a 2 week lead time (made locally, not overseas) and it arrived before 2 weeks. It fit my fiance perfectly and was much better quality at a reasonable price. We are overjoyed with the service and experience at Stevens Jewelers. Highly recommended. .

I had an amazing experience at Stevens Jewelers. They were very helpful and honest. Their selection and quality was second to none. I was able to trade in a necklace and order a new one. Prices were very reasonable and it took less than 2 days to ship. Highly recommend and I will use them again for sure.

This is the best jewelry store around. They have a great inventory for you to browse and choose from or help get ideas. I'm always impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help me figure out the perfect item even when I don't know what exactly it is that I'm looking for.

Second review of this really great jewelry store as I was back again today during all this virus nonsense and they were open with restrictions and had masks on and hand sanitizer available for me and kept all the patrons at least six fee apart. The missus and I were back to have a custom made necklace for our daughter and the experience was phenomenal again and we picked and chose until we got exactly what we wanted and they delivered it exactly when they said they would which was important because it was for her 21st birthday. Seriously couldn't be happier with the necklace and how we were treated.

Just completed shopping for an engagement ring with Eric's assistance, I couldn't be more happy with the experience! I had requested a Montana Sapphire for the ring, a fairly uncommon stone that Eric had not dealt with in the store. After only a few weeks he had many samples for me to look at and I found exactly what I was looking for!
Finding an uncommon gem can be difficult, purchasing a ring during COVID-19 is a huge challenge. Eric stayed in contact with me as they were forced to close temporarily and kept the stone I had selected for no charge. Once everything began to open again Eric was right there for getting my setting and finishing up the ring.
